After Quest: Oculyst Spawn Rate

Within 2 capture missions (solo) on Uranus, I've found 3 Oculysts, 2 within the second mission. That's where my question comes in.

 

Does scanning every Oculyst you see somehow increases your chances of the next encounter? DE Steve has already confirmed solo missions can increase the spawn rate, but does the rate reset after you scan one?

 

I picked an Oberon to run for the two missions on Desdemona, Uranus, so they probably want to scout for antlers during open season.

 

Edit: Why do the drones have a singing monotone that is somehow reminiscent of a female and male tone?

 

Edit 2: You can scan more than one Sentient in a single mission. I do not know whether it is an actual second entity, or the same one scanned before.
