So the co-director (Guillermo Del Toro) of the cancelled Silent Hills game has stated that he is done with video games, on the grounds that every project he's worked on has somehow led to disaster. With the first being him working with THQ, and then it went bankrupt. 

 

Then the whole Kojima vs. Konami (You are evil) incident happened.

 

Sad really, I love both the works of Del Toro and Kojima.
