--RN--LiquiDz
I twitted it yesterday to @PlayWarframe but I thought, I'll post it in here too :) Made it in Autodesk Maya, edited in Photoshop. Took me view hours but was worth it.
ZzVinniezZ
isn't that black powder revolver instead of .44 magnum? Edited August 23, 2015 by ZzVinniezZ
--RN--LiquiDz
isn't that black powder revolver instead of .44 magnum? Yeah I think so, I just took some random free revolver model, cuz would take me a long time to make one on myself and it was already late and it was taking me already view hours. --RN--LiquiDz
The revolver is too big and the angle seems off Do it better then :) It wasn't about being precise, it was about the overall reference.. Decompile a .mdl into its each parts, into .smd files. Import them into Blender to convert them into a .obj file, so I could use it in Autodesk Maya. Convert each texture file from .vtf into .tga. Rigg the whole Mesa model in Maya. Use HDRI map as a background. Find a FREE model of A revolver. If there would be a S&W .44 I WOULD take one, but there wasn't so.. (I could make one on my own, but I am already doing a Vasto Prime model and it aint taking me view minutes so, yeah..)Try to set the camera up. Wait about 2 hours to render it on high settings. Otherwise it would take me a lot more time to do it all and it was already late.
