So, I had thought these things were supposed to come as Alert rewards. Given how ...not exactly major they are by comparison to something like a Warframe, you would think they would be more common than... not ever appearing. Is it a random chance to get one each time you do an Alert or is it basically another Vauban/Glaive hoax where have to be on that one time a week (if that) it'll appear?

They drop as potential reward from raid/defense missions and login rewards afaik. Can't remember reading them being alert rewards.

You can get them from missions like raid, defense, spy or get them from the Daily Reward. I missed it by one in the DR, but I got the glaive bp instead. :3

Yup, do some raids/defense and you'll get them soon enough. Not that uncommon at all.

They are rarer than the rarest drop ever before, from mobs, bosses and mission rewards and because stuff doesn't scale (don't tell me it does when even level +100 mobs drop crap) it means you either get super lucky, buy some or freeload on someone.
