VRAM may, but System RAM not so much. Warframe itself will allocate more RAM if it needs it. This is true for VRAM and SysRAM. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm assuming you have a laptop which means you're stuck with the FPS you get unless you have an MXM slot which is unlikely as its not common even in gaming laptops. If you have a desktop you can get a newer GPU or better CPU or both. Warframe would like the following for consistent 60FPS Gpu that has 2gb vram 30ish gigapixels/s 80-90 gigatexels/s 150gb/s memory bandwidth CPU wise 2.5ghz+ Quad or higher would be ideal Ram amount of 4gb should be sufficient for most gaming but preferably 8gb .
