WhiteCopain Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 So I was listening to the stream and I remember them mentioning something along the lines of weapons now getting base stat increases as they level up to make that feel a bit more rewarding (And mods being tweaked to adjust), but looking at the overview, I don't see that being mentioned, did I imagine it or..?
