I'm from US (Eastern) and for the past 3 days now I've experienced the same lag OP has indicated. Managing to get through the mission and completing, I end up getting the disconnected message and have to force close Warframe in order to get out of that screen. Otherwise, the fact that there is lag in general That lag in general comes from either your internet connection, or the internet connection of the player who first joined a mission.
