(PSN)HoennDPN Posted September 5, 2015 Share Posted September 5, 2015 Currently in console u17 PVP frost is no longer a rare frame and now every frame seems useless against him Mainly because his first ability just makes people fall so slowly it's instant death His second is still useless in PVP Snow globe it's basically immune to slow rate of fire weapons and as soon as you step in it your basically dead His fourth ability is fine as it's what a fourth ability should be like Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
