Strange Lag... Parsing?

Between menus the game freezes and then continues on like normal, I have no issues on the highest grfx and have little load time for missions. 

The game never used to do this, is there a fix?

I think with all the talk of 'hacking' DE has been toughening up on their systems. But to simplify whenever you do an action in game that requires item/s personal to you your client encrypts data sends it to a warframe server somewhere then waits for a reply before continuing with an action. It could possibly be strict NAT, Blocked ports or a slow connection.

 

But just my thoughts, they could be totally wrong =/
