Simulor Reload Audio Continues Playing After Reload Is Cancelled

The Simulor (and possibly Sinoid Simulor) keeps playing the reload sound even after the reload is cancelled.

 

Reproducible: Yes

 

Steps:

1. Reload Simulor

2. Cancel reload by doing one of the following:

 

  • meleeing (harder to hear because melee plays another audio over it)

     

     

  • roll (easiest to hear the Simulor reload audio)

     

     

  • Open a locker (I haven't tested this one, but it seems that the audio still plays regardless of what cancels the reload)

     

     

  • CC by an enemy (Scorpion/Ancient hook, moa stomp) (I haven't tested this one as well, but it seems that the audio still plays regardless of what cancels the reload)

Thanks for the report, we'll look into this.

Speaking of simulors reloading, the Synoid Simulor only finishes reloading when the circle indicator is at 100%, as opposed to the 75% that other guns have. So if you roll while the indicator is 99.9% complete or something, the reload fails and you have to do it all over again.

Could we get a fix for this, or is this intentional?
