fishworshipper
Oh no what's this? A Elthunder tome from a mage in Velour's army... Why would Suu care about your lightning? She doesn't have organs to disrupt. Lightning would do to her what lightning does to water, which is to say nothing. In retort, however: Oh no what's this? Radioactive waste? Suuzilla used hyper beam.

fishworshipper
Oh hey, a bottle of vinegar. *splash* ...? Suuzilla cares not about your vinegar. (Seriously, all i can find regarding vinegar and water is that people drink vinegar for some reason because it's healthy somehow. I don't know what you're trying to accomplish here.) fishworshipper
Vinegar removes slime. A bottle of vinegar would do nothing to Suuzilla, and you would not be able to even make it to her to dump it.

fishworshipper
Then it's a silly stalemate. Nah, Suu can hyperbeam your army into oblivion. If this is a contest of might to determine the greatest waifu of all, then Suu wins. Otherwise, it's still Miia. I think that angry dragon god is a wimp. Also, if this is a battle of might, you don't get an army. You just get Velour. Velour is not invincible, nor invulnerable. Against something that is literally impervious to harm, she will always lose.

Against something that is literally impervious to harm, she will always lose. Velour's (optional) mother is Nyx. If we were to translate hyper beam into game terms, it would likely count as magical damage. Natural Inheritance means Nyx will pass down a strong Resistance stat to Velour, so she would take significantly reduced damage to magic. The natural regeneration means the damage would not outpace the healing. Edited September 22, 2015 by -FV-Metheria

Velour, unable to move as she is suspended within Suuzilla's fluids, drowns. End of battle.

Suuzilla would eventually dry out and be far less powerful. And, should it happen to rain...
fishworshipper
Nyx used Mind Control! End of story 1. Suu is psychic by default, and would have some capacity to resist. 2. fishworshipper
Velour can just wait out Suuzilla in a safe location. Suuzilla would eventually dry out and be far less powerful. And, should it happen to rain... There is no such thing as a safe location. If it rained on Suuzilla, it likely wouldn't affect her. You know, 'cause she's so huge. Also, she can get rid of water as needed. She can blast water out of her self like Hydro Pump. Even if Hyper Beam was magic damage rather than being plasma blasting all over Velour, a column of water hitting Velour in the face would destroy her.
