Renegade343 Posted September 17, 2015 Share Posted September 17, 2015 Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of olive oil 2 cloves of garlic, chopped very fine 1 chilli, chopped (removing seeds optional) Half a cup of white wine Parsley 1.5 - 2 pounds of Clems, cleaned Heat up the olive oil in a saucepan. Then, fry garlic over low heat until golden brown and fragrant. Then, add in the white wine along with the chilli and cook until the wine starts to bubble.
