LazyTemplar Posted May 27, 2013 Share Posted May 27, 2013 No, you can only get Vauban BPs from ? alert mission rewards. But yes, they will continue to appear. When and where is completely random, however. It took about 10 days for all 3 BP parts to appear in ? alerts since release. So if you're vigilant, it doesn't take a terribly long time.
