Item Disappering And Reappearing

For some reason or so I have a few instances of items disappearing  and reappearing

 

I had one instance that my high noon mod disappeared, and reappeared.

This time, after purchasing the gemini skin for valkyr, I obtained a neural sensor bp?

(no i didn't use it, nor that i want to waste nanospores on it)

Why does this keep on happening?

Please fix random items being obtained and doing a magic trick.(limbo is for blame.)

 

Idk if I obtained it from a random drop(i highly doubt they would drop a bp instead of a neural sensor)

 

I would like to know that if this is a new kind of drop(which is utterly useless(building raid keys like a maniac)), or just a small tedious glitch.
