Missing Items From Prime Access Pourchase

So I bought the Trinity prime access yesterday. I went looking for the Kavasa Kubrow Prime Collar and the Prime Gene Marking Kit and I can not find them. I went through my Forge and components, my Incubator and my Inventory and I can not find them anywhere. Am I doing something wrong, not looking in the right place or did I just somehow not receive them?

Have you checked the Arsenal, Appearance, and Attachments sections for your missing items? The gene masking kit is a fur pattern and 3 colours.

So I click on that link periodically and it just keeps taking me to a screen saying "Warframe Support is currently under heavy load. Please expect longer than usual processing times while we work through the backlog." But at the top I see a link for submitting a request and it just redirects me back here. Should I just keep trying or am I missing something?

Nope, the problem was I didn't know where to look. ThaTakingOfVRAM PM'd me and suggested I take my kubrow out of stasis and see if I could equip them and he was right, they were there and I was able to equip them on my Kubrow.
