Excess Exp: Crucible Sentinel

So alot of people end game dont have a use for affinity when all their stuff is max level. Yes, you can use forma, but sometimes its not needed or you're satisfied with how powerful you are. So i thought of a new idea for a sentinel.

Crucible. A non combative sentinel that only serves one purpose. To soak up as much EXP as it can. Every time it levels up, it gives you a random item that can be obtained through the mission rewards system. Based on it's level. Maybe something like a pool of possible outcomes.

Levels

1-10: common items.

10-20: uncommon items are added to the pool.

20-30: rare items are added to the pool.

Every time it gets to level 30, it resets to level 1. It would have no skill slots because its a non combative sentinel, but can still be destroyed while out, resulting in you no longer receiving EXP for the rest of the mission for your sentinel. This sentinel will punish rushers and reward more steady gameplay by keeping your sentinel fed with constant EXP and kept alive.

It should have skill slots, and they should consist of utility stuff like Regen (so it can survive better) and precepts that consist of hiding behind you and avoiding damage as best it can.

That would make it too easy and imbalance the risk/reward.

I can imagine it having 2 mods;

Manufactory; Causes gained affininity to be converted into crafting materials (Ferrite, nanospores for early levels, through alloy plate and rubedo, and up to orokin cells and control modules).

Repository; Stores gained affinity, converted into fusion cores 1k affinity = 1 mod unit (An unrelated common mod is worth 1) such that 3k affinity = one level 3 common fusion core.

Thats a thought.
