aerosoul1337
I have been thinking why does other player's gun shot sound better than mine. For example, soma prime, if my team member uses it, it is loud and satisfying "papapapa". If I shot soma p myself, it mixes some other sound effect that feel "plastic". So my soma p sounds like "popopopopo". Toy gun style.

Bizzaro21
yea I have that too, it`s probably due to the hammer sound, soma prime sounds weird when i shoot it, while others` sounds just fine, same for karak and braton prime, sounds like a toy gun on others, and fine on me..... it`s due to perspective, when u get close to someone who is firing u hear it like u are firing it (the hammer pops in louder than the fire sound itself)
Ax-Stark
When i'm using Latron Prime = pewpewpewWhen someone else is using Latron Prime = PFEWPFEWPFEW !!So yes, and back in U8, the Latron Prime sounded like a powerful semi-auto energy gun, but thanks to some complainers, it got the lame firing sound we have now T_T

Maybe it has something to do with those sound system revamps. The "hammer sound" feels plastic >.< Hope they can improve this thing.
