I Recieved No Email With A Security Code

Question

Hi everyone let me tell you my problem 2 days ago my account was banned. Thankfully the support team helped me and it said it was maybe from the constant crashes i may had (hardware failure) and that the ban was lifted and i was fine.I wanted to test it to see if my account was back but i was at my friends house and i logged in through his computer and everything was perfect and my account was back again now when i came to my home and tried to log in it said this to me. 

 

we've detected that you are logging in with a new computer. As an added security measure we just sent you a code via email to enter below

 

But the email as of now never reached my inbox and i tested it if it was a problem with my mails and send an email to myself and i could see it fine. Of course i send another message to the support about this problem and im waiting they response but do you happen to know what is the problem here ? Thank you in advance
