Weird Sound Problem

Hello dear fellow Tenno,

 

I dont know really what the cause of this is, or if its just my stupid laptop again, but recently i've run into an odd problem where the sound suddenly get a lot more quiet after i sit down to look at the solar map. I dont really see a siginifcant change during battles but as soon as i get back into the liset its blasting my ears once more.

 

does any know how i can fix this, or at least if its fixable? xd

Good one, I haven't noticed any change (not on PC nor PS4) but if more are experiencing the same thing then it would be handy to post the thread in the sound bug section.

I've never seen or heard of anything like that, but a universal fix-it-all is update all the drivers, especially sound drivers in your case. You can also try the windows soun check, though I think only windows 10 has it. Just right click on the speaker at the lower right corner and choose "solve sound problems" or something like that.

 

You can try updating your drivers through windows device manager but for an easy and fast way I'd recommend program such as Driver Booster 3, it's a great application for updating driver in which the basic features are available for free.
