MagicRen
Somehow I overlooked despite of focusing on many new gears/cosmetics being released. If so, please let me know what are some of the melee changes in terms of mechanics, keys or controls. Thank you guys. 0 bejuizb
In U18, all we got were charged attacks. Simply hold E to charge the attack.
0 RafaelFuchs
Charge attacks have been re-introduced. They have slightly different effects and attacks depending on when in the combos you trigger them. You just hold your melee button down till it goes off. Some weapons charge attacks aren't slow and chain into a combo.

0 RafaelFuchs
Dual Swords, Polearms, and Hammers in particular from what I've checked in the Simulacrum. I haven't taken the time to test them, I just assumed. I guess I'll take have to take a poke at them now. Couldn't test machetes. Dual swords, polearms, hammers and nunchaku don't have charge attacks. Gunblades and glaives only have one charge attack. Others have two charge attacks. Excal's light twig doesn't have any. Valk's claws use the sparring charge attacks. Sidenote: Scindo P has much more ragdolling than the galatine. Like, a LOT more. I was sending them across the Simulacrum... All of the ones I have tested without stances have charge attacks, but the stances kill a lot of them.
