Process Not Terminating

I have been facing an issue where when I close the game steam still detect me in the game despite closing it.

I checked the "Resource Monitor" for Windows 7 and the process can still be found running.

 

I am unable to terminate it using the "End Process Tree" option.

 

Nor can it be terminated using the "taskkill" command prompt (CMD) command even when adding the /f modifier (forced task kill modifier).

When using the taskkill prompt CMD reports that the task was killed succesfully, yet the task does not get terminated and still presists.

 

The only way to fix this is to log off windows and relog in, or restarting the system.

 

Edit: And you can't start the game again since steam detects that it is already running.

Almost the same here. I have to close warframe from task manager (at least works to me) in order to re-start it after getting bugged, which happens about once each 2 hours when I go back to liset and can't interact with anything, forcing me to alt+f4 or quit from menu just to manually close the game process)
