instantly reviving allies with the ability seems really sweet but its downfall is that it has a 95% to inflict magnetic or viral,where as new moon is a passive which i have to revive them for them to get insta revived but at least they are free of the effects,so should i learn polluting waters or upgrade new moon?

I'd go for New Moon personally, since Polluted Waters doesn't have any significant advantages over New Moon.
