Possible Tweaks To Excavations

I sorta dislike how power cells are nearly-useless once an excavator has Enough Power. Thoughts:

1. What if recharging shields consumed some energy?

2. What if extra energy could allow the excavator to dig (slightly) faster, at increased energy cost?

So, say you have 50 seconds left, and 100 energy. What if the excavator could then start digging at 1.5x speed, at 2x energy cost, or later at 2.25x speed, at 4x energy cost? This wouldn't hugely reduce time, but it would give *some* kind of benefit for bringing extra power cells, and make it less completely deterministic that, unless you bring a ton of cells in in the first second or three, you always end up with 10 energy more than you need, or more, and there's no benefit to that energy.

This would break excavations imo. Sure, I support a way to minimally increase speed, 1.5x speed buff, but extra energy is just a mistake we make. Now, having one person stand next to it and have it drain their shields/ energy to increase speed might be a good idea if it increased excavator energy consumption.

You have to remember DE has to make money too, and that's why they make us grind.
