Affinity Not Credited

I played the double affinity weekend and recieved many upgrades and mastery level increases for warframes and weapons, until my last day when i recieved none.  I ran several missions keepeing a careful eye on my mastery points since i only need a couple of thousand to progress to level 12.  i picked up at least 2000 affinity orbs and finished most of the missions with the highest kill count. When i checked my mastery level count i had made no progress. can you tell me what i need to do to get my mastery counter working again.

Mastery and affinity are 2 different things. double affinity won't affect how much mastery you can gain overall. You only can get 3k per weapon and 6k per warframe for the first time you level them to 30
