I am very curious where this new room is for at the back of your ship? I took a 5 months break and when I came back there is this huuuuge space at the back of my ship that was not there 5 months ago ;P (I quit right after Volt Prime)
I tried google, but I could not find any information, even I must admit my google skills are not the best ^^

Play The Second Dream quest. You'll need to finish the Natah quest first. Unlock that by going to Uranus and hoping the Oculyst spawns.
