You can sort them by Raw sustained DPS, or by damage per shot, or by... anything. The list is complete.

 

 

However any such list is meaningless really. A single number never manages to reflect the performance of a weapon. So I think that what you ask is fundamentally pointless. But hey, look at that list to your heart's satisfaction.

Btw keep in mind weapon type, effective range, reload speed, magazine size, ammo consumption and many other things. Just raw damage won't give you many results.

 

If you want the most damage per 1 shot, sancti tigris wins. But it is a shotgun and has only 2 shots per magazine (fires both at once if you just press fire; one shot is fired upon pressing fire, other one upon releasing), so you have to mod it to have very fast reload speed (tactical pump, seeking fury). But if you want a weapon that would 1-shot vast majority of enemies, this one is for you.
