Do it like the original Tennogen and let the winners get a percentage of the plat off the in game purchases of their voice packs. Have the contest be 5 original lines of dialogue. Each one about a specific subject: Grineer, Corpus, incoming fighters, post combat, and random. Take 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and have them record a full set of comments. Of course you'd have to mention vulgarity is disqualifying because ya know... the internet. I think it'd be fun, of course I'm some weird forum's Tenno and have no idea how much work goes into syncing and all the magic that happens behind the curtain...
