Currently when i go to the purchase platinum page, and click on the blue box to the right of the platinum amount, the link/ add funds to steam wallet page doesn't open. is anyone else experiencing this?
I just tried to buy pat through Steam Via web browser and got a message saying :
IP address has been rate limited.
not sure what this means, any help would be .. well. helpful.
