Upnp Malfunctioning

So Ive been recieving this problem and it says something on the lines of this:
Strict NAT detected, UpNp malfunctioning, please forward ports (cant remember) to 192.168.something
Im using Tenda router and I have no idea what top do, can someone help me?

You'll most probably need to make two new ports, one with both start and end ports at 4955 and one with both set to 4950 unless you changed those numbers in your warframe settings (you can check that in connection settings).

I have the same problem. The modem is updated  :(
