(XBOX)Grihaly Posted January 15, 2016 Share Posted January 15, 2016 I spawned a few tough enemies from each of the factions, to let them have a little war, they were level 35, all except for one... The Juggernaut Behemoth was 500. I tested it a few times at different levels, all of them spawned it at 500. Regular Juggernaut would spawn at the correct level, but the Behemoth only spawned at 500.
