I tend to believe this too because I have noticed that people tend to leave after wave 20. But it could be because it gets boring or players get tired.
There are also posts that claim rotation even applies to a third type mission. (Can't remember what type tho)
Please help me out here because I really want to get prime frames before they are all vaulted. I don't have a single one yet.
I realize I have been asking quite a few very trivial/noob questions. That is because I realize I can't progress in game at my own pace. Good stuff are disappearing.
Thank you very much for reading this rather long post and for your reply.

Hi, everyone.
I am confused about how rotation in void missions work.
Now before I get lambasted for being lazy, I want to emphasize that I did spend time googling. However the results I got doesn't seem consistent.
I would assume it is either because the original posters didn't fully understand the concept either, or the mechanism had since been changed by DE.
Anyway. The basic concept is AABC.
Everyone agrees that when applied to survival, it means 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, and 20 min. And the cycle starts over.
Now the difference is some believe survival is the only type of mission rotation is relevant. It has no meaning to other mission types.
Others say that defense mission uses rotation too. Instead of mins, however, it works like 5 waves(A), 10 waves (A), 15 waves(B), and 20 waves©, and another cycle starts.
I tend to believe this too because I have noticed that people tend to leave after wave 20. But it could be because it gets boring or players get tired.
