Arcane Helmet Question

So I'm a returning player and I have all arcane helmets which are not available anymore, so I just found out that in the foundry I still have some arcane helmet blueprints that could be built.

My question is, is I sell my currently built arcane helmets can I build it again using the arcane helmet blueprint? I wanna sell some but I wanna make sure I'll be able to build it again

For example, when I look into my foundry I have the arcane locust helmet (ash) and it says "1 owned" so if I sell the arcane helmet can I build the same arcane helmet using the blueprint?

Yes, you can re-build after trading if you still have a blueprint.
