Ash Prime Colors

Hey guys, i wanna try something new with my ash prime. In specific wo the prime helmet but one of his regular ones.. thought about painting his armor golden or metallic of some sort but i'm not sure if the texture support such looks.

Has anyone tried something like this before? How does it look like and what palette would i have to get?

all his shiny bits can be made gold, if you're talking about the regular textures they can't be changed to be metallic

I think the Classic Saturated has some nice golds and silvers, and a bit of bronze as well if the metal works with it.
