Emblem Copyright? Maybe?

My clan has been at me for an emblem i was thinking of uploading a the sith empire emblem, but alas i am afraid that copyright will reject it. Since i would like to not waste 150 platinum i thought i would ask people with more knowledge on this. I couldn't pin point the exact place/ company it came from. So far it seems to be Fan made. Any help would be much appreciated

This is just one i picked off google, i edited the version i will use though, but this is the basic format of its look.

It just looks like a stylized chaos symbol (eight directional arrows), not really original or anything to warrant a copyright nudge. But you really should send a ticket first.

I would send in a Support ticket asking if it is acceptable. If they say yes, submit it.

if i'm not wrong, that's the sith symbol from star wars, and i'd assume the things in star wars are copyrighted. not 100% sure though.
