My Daily Tribute Seems To Be Glitched. Do You Have Any Suggestions?

I will post a ticket from this, but I know the support team has a lot of tickets on their plate, so I;m hoping to see if any other Tenno have had this issue or know how to help.

 

Yesterday after the server reset would have been my 50th login, but my internet connection went bad while I tried to login. When I tried to login it would just time out so I stopped and watched some TV for a while. When I came back later, it didn't prompt me with the login reward. Today, when I logged in after the server reset, it said I was at 51 log ins, but I did not get the 50 day log in bundle. I have tried logging our and back in and restarting my game. Any suggestions?

Waiting for support to handle this seems like the best thing to do in this situation if you don't have the items from the login then they're the only way you're going to get them

did you check your inventory to see if the stuff is there?

Yes, I checked my inventory, and I do not see the items. I also checked my regalia to put on my warframes and I do not see it, and I currently do not have booster available.

Same thing happened to me. Only difference is that I crashed before I could accept my tribute. It's quite frustrating.

I got a "login failed check your info message last night EST when I went to login, when I reset the system / game no login animation played for me either. But from the looks of some other threads with the same problem, it still looks like it counts the days logged in towards the milestone but no rewards are given. I sent in a report as well just to see if they can help with the count / missing rewards.
