So i want to ask a question what if iam rank 7 and have a weapon that i leveled for mastery but i dont like it and i have another weapon waiting for a slot so the quistion is what if i level a weapon then sell it will i loss mastery or what ??

No, that's how most people rank up. Once you ranked up a weapon you keep the mastery exp even if you sell it.

No. Mastery earned is permanent you can sell what you are done leveling and don't want.

damn iam rank 7 now and had mk 1 weapons for such a long time

The mastery grind is tough, that's why a lot of the "affinity farm nodes" like Draco are in high demand, and I'd guess boosters are popular items on the market to (leveling weapons, ecspecially the not so good ones) is a huge pain. But, I have gotten a few weapons with the intent of just ranking them up and selling, but I end up enjoying them a lot (I.e Synoid Simulor, Spira, and Cerata)
