Xbox One Transfer Still Available?

I'm a PC player but last Christmas I got a Xbox one and I just started downloading the game this morning. I am wanting know if i can still do a transfer of my existing pc Tenno? I read some post by Devs on it via googling it but it back in Nov. But still wondering it.

 

if anyone can fill me in if I can still do it or not any answer will do. thanks
