I need to know what frame to use, out of these frames.

 

Rhino Prime, Frost, Loki Prime, Valkyr, Zephyr, Mirage, Atlas, Chroma, Ash Prime, and Booben.

 

FYI I do not have Overextended, Blind Rage, or Transient Fortitude.

I'd suggest you to use Frost and spam Snow Globes. They will protect Alad V from shadows' fire and slow the shadows inside. If you can use the augment to have a chance to freeze enemies, it would be a plus. Also, Avalanche has proven capable of freezing even Acolytes' shadows.
