'channeling' Dual-Enforcers Concept/mesa Rework Ideas

Important points of note imo are:

Enforcers rework

-Costs 100 base energy to activate.

-Provides you with 25~50 rounds.

-When ammo runs out, automatically deactivated.

-Affected by pistol mods.

-High rof hitscan semiautomatic.(maybe a full 10r/s)

-Highly accurate, maybe Marelok tier for primary fire.

-Secondary fire is full auto, much less accurate. Maybe Braton tier. Gun stance switches to tilted/gangster style sideways shooting because raisins. /unrealtournamentlol

-No actual channeling cost or cost per shot.

-Can be ended early by pressing 4.

-Cannot access quick melee or other weapons while in use, just like other channeling superweapons.

-High stagger rate, viable crit chance/damage(20%/2x?)

-~75 base damage per shot?

 

Ballistic Battery

Simple change; make it charge up and then on reactivation, instead of affecting one shot, it boosts damage for an amount of time, or an amount of shots. Perhaps an amount of shots equal to the number of enemies killed while charging it?

Damage should multiply base damage of the weapon by a percentage rather than adding an amount of damage afterwards.

 

Shooting Gallery

-Should provide buff to all tenno, or all tenno in range, not one tenno at a time.

-Boost crit rate, crit damage, and proc rate, as well as weapon damage.

-Gun jamming thing can go. I don't think I've ever seen it actually do anything relevant at any time.

-Only affects standard firing weapons, not explosives, bows, flamethrowers, melee, beams, or other special weapon types.

 

Shatter Shield

Put the gun jamming thing on shatter shield. Makes way more sense for this one. Enemies that shoot mesa have a chance of having their gun jammed upon successful hits to shatter shield.

For scalability, shattershield should divide incoming damage by 1.5/2/3/4 multiplied by power str(/10 for 250%)

 

Basically, just some thoughts on the matter. Mesa has basically been a mess since ever. Needs some cleanup.
