New Moon grants 4 charges of instant revives; must perform the healing action (pressing X over a downed player). New Moon grants 4 charges of instant revives; must perform the healing action (pressing X over a downed player). This is the gist of it. Two things to note about the differences between both abilities: Allies don't usually appreciate being revived by Polluted Waters. The Magnetic proc in particular, and both procs lasts 2x the standard proc time. New Moon's revives are more flexible because you can spread out your 4 "revive tokens" however you see fit, or stack them by using Mending Tides additional times throughout the mission.
