After you purchase Prime Access the items will be in your account after the transaction has gone through and provided the content is out at that time.

The Items sometimes require a relog or if you used a credit card your funds will have to first be verified so until DE actually gets their money you won't get the content.

On ps4. I find I have to quit warframe then start it again if I buy something through th psn store while in game. If I buy it before I start warframe up. It is usually added into my account by the time warframe finishes loading. Only one I had to wait on was the ps+ starter package.
