Warframe chat does not load on my account. I have not received any messages that my chat was suspended, nor have I misused (or even used) chat. Tickets to support have not been addressed, and the problem persists for weeks. My name was listed in a forum post as a contact for clan recruitment, and shortly after chat for my account would not load.
There is something wrong with taking a person's money, then pretending they aren't your customer. I will avoid DE products. I will continue this post on external sites where this can be discussed, and not deleted.
