Need Help Identifying Idle Stance

So I just saw a frame on a relay and he had an idle stance where he was stood pretty straight with his arms by his sides, a little far apart from his body, same with his legs, and after a few seconds he crossed his arms, looked across both sides and then returned his arms to his sides. Any idea what idle stance this is?
