My Friend Got An Issue With His Account Im Trying To Find Info

ps4 account is able to log in on same ip as pc account but pc account can no longer log in. this happened after his cus made a

 

ps4 account to wf

 

before he was able to log in with no issue prier to the new wf account being made. issue started after the new account was made

 

emails to both accounts are also different

 

i don't see any reason why he can no longer log into his pc account but his cus can on his ps4 with no issue

 

be advised they both share the same ip address

I suggest having your friend send a request to Warframe Support.

im only assuming that the net ip is the same for both ps4 and pc are the same o.o

I would listen to Devoid and launch a support ticket with DE. It takes a day or two on average for a reply, but they're the best to talk to often times.
