Eximus Enemy's Still Missing ?

Recently with this hotfix they fixed some eximus enemy's that weren't ever spawning but are some still missing ? I've been trying to finish all scans in my codex and I've noticed that I haven't seen a singel eximus manic bombard and the bailiffs don't even spawn. Maybe I'm missing them or doing the wrong missions but as anyone seen them?

Baliffs are awol for now.

For eximus manic bombard i saw a guide that says you should trigger both alarms first before waking up the manic bombard. On full alert, stronger enemies are meant to have a higher chance of spawning.

Manic bombard eximus...oh my...was running uranus sabotage missions for the parkour elemental mods...luckily beat the whole party there and scanned it manually....only seen 1 in over 150 runs...i too would like to finish my codex scans

Too be fair I wasn't really asking for help I was just seeing if this enemy was missing from the game like those few that the hotfix brought back
