For some reason i can log on to the forums and i am always log on. But when i try to log on to view the prime access it tells me to log in again. I put in my account info (I have it written down so i dont forget) and it says my email is wrong and my password is wrong. I have tried resetting my password but it says my email is incorrect. Then i try resetting my email and it say password is incorrect. Can someone help me somehow?

You can't change your email, that would have to be sorted by support. I know, it's badly done.

 

The only suggestion I would have is to warframe.com, log out, log in, and try to go to the shop from there.

Thats what i am trying, on the website. It wont let me log into the normal website
