[New Forum] What is this Member Reputation?

As simple as the title says... It shows up under every forum members profile picture since this forum overhaul. The funny thing is that I've never seen it mentioned anywhere before that and somehow I have over 500 of it. Does anyone know what it stands for? I'm guessing it could be related to comment "upvotes" or whatever they're called? That's the first thing that comes to my mind anyway.

This is off-topic now: I was just fooling around with the new interface here. On the main view, there's a tab "Questions with no best answer" next to "Popular questions from the past month". Turns out freshly asked questions turn up there immediately.
