How to unlock the hysteria combos?

Hi,

i'm just wondering how i can unlock the new combos of Valkyr when she's in the hysteria mode. When i used it and pressed pause to check her combos I saw that there are some combos locked. And i get the info that these combos will get unlocked when i rank up.
But how do i do that??? I cant find the hystreia "mod card" in my mod library....

So how do i get these new hysteria combos?

The Hysteria ability and combos will rank up and unlock as your frame ranks up.  They should all be available when your frame hits 30.
