In the launch window (the thing before the login screen of the game), look at the top right of it and press on the little gear icon and press verify. if it's still happening try turning off all the settings in the launch menu as well, if it works, keep turning one setting on at a time until you find out which one is causing it. Might also be a GPU driver issue in which case you would need to download your latest GPU driver. Honestly the best thing you can do is contact support.
