Where To farm for Piercing Caliber Mod..?

This guy is right. You cannot get piercing caliber or the other mods like it (for the other weapon types) as it was an event mod. There is a good chance that Baro may come with one day since he's been carrying other event mods. Otherwise, it is sometimes a random drop on tac alerts so I would wait for those and see what's to offer.

Tough luck, there was an event that make the mod farmable a while ago.

Yes, while it is no longer obtainable via missions, the trade chat is available. And since the event for obtaining this set was quite recent, the price on piercing caliber has dropped significantly. Had you wanted to purchase it before the event, you would have gone broke and quite possibly quit the game. However cheap it may be right now though, I don't think you should purchase it as it only gives a significantly noticeable damage boost to a few select weapons and so this mod is not worth your plat, unless you want to own a collectors weapon or you really REALLY love that one weapon of yours that primarily deals puncture damage.

it's not worth paying plat for it. There are only a very select few weapons that benefit from physical damage mods and even then they are only slightly better than a 90% element mod.
